Participate in the authentic experience of preparing and cooking traditional Campanian dishes. The women of our families will have the pleasure of transferring their knowledge of the most famous Neapolitan dishes to you. Then, treat yourself to the experience of tasting our wines, offered by the fertile volcanic land for a memorable food and wine journey.
The culinary workshop activity will take place at wineries nestled in Vesuvius National Park. You will meet the driver at your accommodation (or different meeting point requested) and be escorted to the winery kitchens.
The experience is structured as follows:
- Welcome cocktail tasting.
- Culinary lesson lasting 1 hour in which you will be offered the opportunity to prepare two traditional Neapolitan delicacies: gnocchi and eggplant parmigiana.
- The experience will continue among the vineyards to taste 6 wines typical of the volcanic land accompanied by a selected menu.
At the end of the activities, you will be taken back by the driver to the previously established meeting point.
